Cuban Jack

This fish is also called an African pompano, and it is delicious. We rarely get these fish up here in Southwest Florida, so it's quite a treat to be able to bring one home for dinner. Like other types of jack, they are very shiny fish, so I work with some beautiful silver inks when I paint them. This paper is one of my favorites. The black shows off the leaf inclusions nicely.
