This is one of the best fish to eat that you can catch in Southwest Florida. Tripletail, also known as drift fish or leaf fish, float next to crab trap buoys. They can appear to be grass or debris on the surface if you don't know how to spot them. They can drift great distances, or you can find them close to shore.
