Dorado are widely known as dolphin. It upsets some people to hear that you're going dolphin
fishing until you explain that these fish taste delicious and look nothing like the stars at Sea World. I guess it's safest
to call them mahi-mahi. As fishermen know, they really are this bright when they come out of the water. |
